Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $400 Million Credit Facilities for Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $200,000,000 Term A credit facility and with a $200,000,000 revolving credit facility for Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc., a subsidiary of Lantheus Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing debt.
