Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 11.000% senior notes due 2027 co-issued by Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. and SCS Holdings I Inc., an IT services company. Proceeds from the offering were used to fund the acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, including the refinancing of certain indebtedness.
