Cahill Prevails in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York

A Cahill litigation team prevailed on behalf of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas in an action filed against Rado Limited Partnership in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Having previously dismissed Rado’s counterclaims seeking $10 million, the Court, on August 29, 2019, granted DBTCA’s motion for summary judgment, awarding DBTCA more than $2.5 million.
