Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a €180,000,000 incremental term loan facility for AL-KO VT Holdings GmbH, a subsidiary of DexKo Global Inc., a global provider of highly engineered trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components. Proceeds from the facility were used to fund an acquisition.
