Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in €500 Million Notes Offering for Mondelez International Holdings Netherlands B.V.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with the offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0.875% notes due 2031 issued by Mondelez International Holdings Netherlands B.V., which are fully guaranteed by its corporate parent, Mondelez International, Inc., one of the world’s largest snack companies. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay existing indebtedness and the remainder, if any, for general corporate purposes.
