Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $550 Million Notes Offering for Telesat Canada

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2027 for Telesat Canada and Telesat LLC, a satellite operator. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
