Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with an amendment to the credit agreement for Scientific Games International, Inc., which among other things, extended the maturity of the revolving credit facility and increased the commitments thereunder to $650,000,000. Scientific Games International, Inc., provides gambling products and services to lottery and gambling organizations worldwide.
