Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.875% senior secured notes due 2027 by Telesat Canada and Telesat LLC, a Canadian satellite operator. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
