Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $175 Million Amended Revolving Credit Facility for Prestige Brands, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to, among other things, reprice and extend the maturity of Prestige Brands, Inc.’s $175,000,000 revolving credit facility.  The revolving credit facility is available for general corporate purposes and working capital needs. Prestige Brands, Inc. markets and distributes over-the-counter healthcare and household cleaning products.
