Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.750% Senior Notes due 2024 by Alliance Data Systems Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used for repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
