Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facilities for CCC Information Services Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to, among other features, extend the maturity of CCC Information Services Inc.’s existing $91,250,000 revolving credit facility and add $1,375,000,000 to its existing incremental term loan B credit facility. Proceeds from the amended credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness, pay off a second lien credit facility, and for general corporate purposes.
