Cahill Represents the Lead Arranger in Multi-Currency Credit Facilities for Informatica LLC

Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an amendment to, among other features, make loans in aggregate principal amounts of $1,790,000,000 and €480,000,000 pursuant to Informatica LLC’s existing credit agreement. Cahill also represented the lead arranger in connection with a $425,000,000 second lien term loan B credit facility for the cloud data management company and software developer. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness, refinance outstanding debt securities and for other general corporate purposes.
