Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $635 Million Credit Facilities for Star US Bidco LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the senior secured credit facilities for Star US Bidco LLC, comprised of a $535,000,000 term loan B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility. The credit facilities were used to finance the leveraged buyout of Sundyne by funds advised by Warburg Pincus, as well as refinancing existing debt of Sundyne.
