Cahill represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with an amendment of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc.’s existing credit facilities, which, among other things, provided for a $120,000,000 incremental revolving credit facility and made certain changes to the financial and other covenants thereunder.
