Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.2 Billion Notes Offering for Spirit AeroSystems, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior secured notes due 2025 by Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., one of the largest independent non-OEM aircraft parts designers and manufacturers of commercial aero structures in the world. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
