Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A add-on offering of $325,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.75% senior notes due 2025 by Change Healthcare Holdings, LLC and Change Healthcare Finance, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
