Cahill represented the initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A add-on offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior secured notes due 2027 by Builders FirstSource, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness for general corporate purposes.
