Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $370 Million Notes Offering for Univision Communications Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $370,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.500% senior secured notes due 2025 by Univision Communications Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
