Cahill Represents Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent in connection with an Amendment for Carter’s Inc.’s Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with an amendment to The William Carter Company’s (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carter’s, Inc.) existing revolving credit facilities, which among other things, provided Carter’s, Inc. with access to additional capital and increased flexibility under certain financial covenants during a specified period. Carter’s, Inc., which also owns OshKosh B’gosh in addition to its eponymous clothing retailer, is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children.
