Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Reg S add-on offering of $715,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.125% senior secured notes due 2026 for Ardagh Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh Holdings USA Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
