Cahill Represents the Underwriters and the Initial Purchasers in $18 Billion Offerings of Securities relating to T-Mobile US, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering by T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) (the “Company”) of its common stock resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $16 billion. Cahill also represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of cash mandatory exchangeable trust securities resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $2 billion. Proceeds from the offerings were used to repurchase previously issued shares of the Company’s common stock.
