Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facilities for The Ultimate Software Group, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to provide $2,945,000,000 of first lien incremental term B loans and a $150,000,000 incremental increase to the first lien revolving credit facility for The Ultimate Software Group, Inc., a technology company that develops and sells UltiPro, a cloud-based human capital management solution for businesses. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with a concurrent $600,000,000 second lien term loan B credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
