Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 9.750% senior notes due 2027 by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
