Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of common stock by ADT Inc., resulting in net proceeds of approximately $435,000,000. The offering made available 43,500,000 shares of common stock, along with a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6,500,000 shares of common stock. Selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the sale of the shares in this offering.
