Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing of the existing credit facilities of Radiate HoldCo, LLC. Proceeds from the $2,690,000,000 term B credit facility and $415,000,000 revolving credit facility will be to refinance existing indebtedness, make certain dividends and for other general corporate purposes.
