Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.025 Billion Credit Facilities for Centerbridge’s Acquisition of American Bath Group

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $900,000,000 term B credit facility and a $125,000,000 revolving credit facility for CP Atlas Buyer, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to fund Centerbridge’s acquisition of American Bath Group, to refinance existing indebtedness, and for general corporate purposes.
