Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $415,000,000 first lien term B credit facility and a $80,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility for AIT Merger Sub, Inc. and AIT Worldwide Logistics Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to finance the acquisition of AIT Worldwide Logistics by The Jordan Company.
