Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $500 Million Notes Offering for Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC owns and acquires high-quality transportation equipment and infrastructure assets.
