Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1 Billion Notes Offering for Charter Communications

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $1,000,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior notes due 2033 by CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc., a leading broadband connectivity company and cable operator serving more than 31 million customers in 41 states through their Spectrum brand. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
