Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $500 Million Notes Offering for Telesat Canada and Telesat LLC

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior secured notes due 2026 by Telesat Canada and Telesat LLC, a Canadian satellite operator. Proceeds from the offering were used primarily for investments.
