Cahill Represents Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. in Amended and Restated Credit Facilities and Senior Notes Offering
Cahill represented Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with its amended and restated credit agreement, which provides for revolving credit facilities in an aggregate commitment amount of $1,500,000,000. Cahill also represented the Company in connection with a public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.600% senior notes due 2031. Proceeds from the senior notes offering were used to refinance outstanding borrowings under the Company’s term loan credit agreement, which had been drawn to fund the Company’s acquisition of Itiviti Holding AB, a leading provider of trading and connectivity technology to the capital markets industry, from Nordic Capital in an all-cash transaction.
