Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior notes due 2029 by Garda World Security Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. GardaWorld is the largest privately owned security services company in the world.
