Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended and Restated Credit Facilities for Aptiv

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with an amended and restated $313,000,000 term A credit facility, $293,500,000 U.S. revolving credit facility, and a $1,706,500,000 global revolving credit facility for Aptiv Corporation and Aptiv Global Financing Limited. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
