Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,500,000,000 revolving credit facility for VMware, Inc. and VMWare International Unlimited Company. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $4,000,000,000 term B credit facility for VMware, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for dividends and general corporate purposes.
