Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $575,000,000 first lien term B credit facility and a $100,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility for Einstein Merger Sub, Inc. and Echo Global Logistics, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to finance the acquisition of Echo Global Logistics, Inc. by The Jordan Company.
