Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,675,000,000 revolving credit facility for MGM Resorts International. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. MGM Resorts International is an American global hospitality and entertainment company operating destination resorts in Las Vegas, Massachusetts, Detroit, Mississippi, Maryland, and New Jersey, including Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, and Park MGM.
