Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2,340,000,000 Term B credit facility, a $660,000,000 Second Lien PIK term credit facility, a $250,000,000 Delayed Draw Term Loan credit facility and a $250,000,000 Revolving credit facility for Ocala BidCo, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to support the acquisition of Inovalon. Inovalon is a leading provider of cloud-based healthcare data and analytics software.
