Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $150 Million Credit Facility for ProPetro Services, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with the amendment, restatement and extension of the $150,000,000 revolving credit facility for ProPetro Services, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. ProPetro is a Midland, Texas-based oilfield services company providing pressure pumping and other complementary services to leading upstream oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration and production of North American unconventional oil and natural gas resources.
