Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,750,000,000 revolving credit facility for GLP Capital, L.P. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit and for general corporate purposes. GLP Capital, L.P. is a REIT that acquires real property assets leased to gaming operators.
