Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $675 Million Credit Facility for At Home Group Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Incremental Amendment to the existing asset-based revolving credit facility for At Home Group Inc. The Incremental Amendment increased the revolving commitments under the facility from $400,000,000 to $675,000,000. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. At Home is a chain of home decor stores headquartered in Plano, Texas that currently operates 225 stores in 40 states.
