Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2027 by Cogent Communications Group, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for refinancing existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. Cogent Communications is a multinational internet service provider based in the United States.
