Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility for Ingevity Corporation, Ingevity Holdings SRL and Ingevity UK Ltd. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes to refinance existing indebtedness. Ingevity provides specialty chemicals, high-performance carbon materials and engineered polymers that purify, protect, and enhance the world around us.
