Cahill represented PNC Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and PNC Capital Markets LLC, as lead arranger, in connection with an amendment to extend the maturity of $260,000,000 of CONSOL Energy Inc.’s revolving credit facility. CONSOL Energy Inc. (NYSE: CEIX) is a Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based producer and exporter of high-Btu bituminous thermal and crossover metallurgical coal.
