Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.250% notes due 2025 by Mondelez International Holdings Netherlands B.V. Proceeds from the offering will used for general corporate purposes. Mondelez is one of the world’s largest snack companies with a portfolio that includes snack brands such as Cadbury chocolate, Oreo biscuits, Sour Patch Kids candy, and Trident gum.
