Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in a $1.5 Billion Notes Offering for NortonLifeLock Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a private offering of $900 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior notes due 2027 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior notes due 2030 by NortonLifeLock Inc. Proceeds from the offering are intended to be used to fund cash to the balance sheet, fund the previously announced acquisition of Avast plc and for general corporate purposes.
