Andrew E. Lee is a partner in Cahill’s Corporate practice group, where he focuses on private credit and alternative capital transactions.
Andrew advises private credit funds, asset managers and financial institutions on transactions across the capital structure, including structuring and negotiating unitranche, first lien/second lien and mezzanine debt financings, preferred stock and other structured equity financings, and equity co-investments. He also has extensive experience representing clients in connection with special situations and restructuring matters, including liability management transactions and out-of-court workouts.
Andrew joined Cahill in 2018 and was elected to the partnership in 2024. He is a member of the firm’s Business Development Committee.
