Andrew E. Lee is a partner in Cahill’s New York office where he focuses his practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on private credit.  Andrew represents leading direct lending, mezzanine and alternative capital providers across the capital structure, including structuring and executing first lien, second lien, convertible, subordinated and PIK holdco debt financings, equity co-investments and preferred stock financings.  He also regularly advises clients on general corporate and restructuring matters.
