Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $600,000,000 term B credit facility and $75,000,000 revolving credit facility for M6 ETX Holdings II MidCo LLC. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for an acquisition by the borrower and general corporate purposes.
