Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in credit facilities in an aggregate amount over $1 billion dollars to finance the acquisition of a leading manufacturer of electronic components and subsystems

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a term B credit facility and a term B delayed draw credit facility in an aggregate amount exceeding $1 billion. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by borrower of leading manufacturer of electronic components and subsystems and refinancing existing credit of the target company.
