Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $7,500,000,000 revolving credit facility for T-Mobile USA, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. T-Mobile USA, Inc. is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of T-Mobile US, Inc., a wireless network operator doing business under the global brand name T-Mobile.
