Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $225,000,000 term A credit facility and a $275,000,000 revolving credit facility for Leonardo DRS, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing credit. Leonardo DRS, Inc. develops and manufactures advanced defense products for the U.S. military, intelligence agencies and allies around the world.
